What is Helium? It’s a new take on student success and organization. An innovative revamp of Get Organized, Helium is your ticket to the top of the class, with every tool you’ll need for schedule management, assignment organization, and grade tracking in a sleek, easy-to-use, online format.

So, you want to get in on the goodness? We don’t blame you, which is why your invite request will be approved pretty quickly … but you have to request one first!
Once your invite is requested, you can sit back and relax until we approve you, which shouldn’t take too long. Once you’re approved, you’ll receive an email with registration instructions, and then you can get started using Helium!

We don’t want to give too much away, but since you asked, we’ll let you in on just a few of the new features you can look forward to in the coming months for Helium.
Due Date Notifications
Add notifications to assignments. We’ll deliver reminders to your browser, inbox, or phone to make sure you never miss a due date again.
Duplicate Assignments
Classes often have similar or repeatable assignments. Instead of creating every assignment from scratch, we’ll let you duplicate an existing assignment to use it as a starting point.
Events
External calendar sources allow you to integrate third-party calendars like Google Calendar into your Helium schedule, but events will allow you to add things directly to your Helium calendar that aren’t tied to a class but still fit in your academic schedule.
File Attachments to Assignments
Your paper’s due on Friday, and your teacher emailed you a PDF with instructions for the assignment. Or you’ve completed the assignment want to put it in Helium for safe keeping. Whatever your fancy, you can attach files to assignments.

We figured. In that case, you’re probably wondering what we our first two releases were named. Akita and Boxer. Helium wasn’t ready for public beta for those two releases, but don’t let that fact smear your view of those four-legged friends. They’re just as worthy as the majestic Corgi.
